Events
Each
year we put together a list of schooling shows and recognized shows that we
plan to travel-out to with our own horses.
Client horses and/or horses in training are also eligible to travel out,
based upon Karen’s evaluation of the readiness of the horse/rider pair for
competition. Typically, we like to take
our beginner riders to local schooling shows.
This helps to keep expenses down for the rider that is in the process of
learning about the competitive side of riding, as well as keeping things
positive for a horse that is in training, who might not be quite yet ready for
the demands of traveling to a recognized show.
Lesson ponies are available for schooling and/or recognized showing by
riders, and financial arrangements between the rider (or parents) and Karen
would need to be determined prior to the show.
